SVHS is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year!

The quest to build a high school in Scotts Valley began in 1990 by a dedicated group of citizens. SVHS opened its doors, albeit portable classroom doors in a parking lot, on September 8, 1999 to 135 freshmen, nicknamed the Fledging Falcons.

Since then, thousands of students have graduated from SVHS and gone on to positively impact their communities. Dedicated teachers, staff and coaches helped ensure their success, and they were supported by Falcon Club & SVHS Parent Club along the way. Today more than 600 students are continuing the tradition of a vibrant high school community built on respect, integrity and compassion.

Now it’s time to celebrate 25 years of SVHS! Our next celebration will be April 26th with our SVHS 25th Anniversary Gala. Tickets will go on sale in early March.
